The onboarding process appeared to be smooth, thanks to a helpful representative who clarified the available options. However, I soon discovered that the company does not handle the reimbursements directly. While there is a partnership with another platform, the complexity of automating payroll has forced me to manually input reimbursements each month for my employee. My main issue lies with their unresponsive customer support. For nearly two months, I have been requesting an adjustment to the reimbursement amount for my employee. Despite assurances that changes would be made, there has been no action taken after numerous emails and chats. It’s frustrating that I cannot make adjustments myself on the platform; I must rely on their support team, which has been unresponsive or has failed to follow through on promises. Their marketing claims that changes can be made at any time, which feels misleading since I have to email support for every modification. This situation would be tolerable if the support team acted on my requests, but they have not. I feel quite helpless in this situation and am considering alternatives, as I see no benefits in using this service with the current setup.
