Onboarding was promising, but support has been lacking.

The onboarding process appeared to be smooth, thanks to a helpful representative who clarified the available options. However, I soon discovered that the company does not handle the reimbursements directly. While there is a partnership with another platform, the complexity of automating payroll has forced me to manually input reimbursements each month for my employee. My main issue lies with their unresponsive customer support. For nearly two months, I have been requesting an adjustment to the reimbursement amount for my employee. Despite assurances that changes would be made, there has been no action taken after numerous emails and chats. It’s frustrating that I cannot make adjustments myself on the platform; I must rely on their support team, which has been unresponsive or has failed to follow through on promises. Their marketing claims that changes can be made at any time, which feels misleading since I have to email support for every modification. This situation would be tolerable if the support team acted on my requests, but they have not. I feel quite helpless in this situation and am considering alternatives, as I see no benefits in using this service with the current setup.

The options to choose a health insurance plan are not on my dashboard.

I have been trying to get resolution to a problem since 10/2/2025 and still have not gotten any. I am supposed to start benefits on 11/1/2025 and haven't even been able to sign up yet because my dashboard is not correct. Everyone that I talk to says that my "ticket" is considered urgent but after I'm told that, I hear nothing from anybody. I spend more time on this than I do on my actual job which is not right! Additionally, I keep getting emails that I have not set up my account yet.....I have - a long time ago!!! It isn't showing the options for insurance plans for me to choose from and I can't do anything until my account is either wiped out or fixed. I'm more than frustrated!!! The only thing that has been good is that someone in this process gave me a website that I can look at to "window shop" while I'm waiting for my dashboard to be fixed.

Gave us access to the right coverage for whole family.

Take command is leading the charge when it comes to ICHRA. They have been such a huge help for my family. Their approach gave us access to the right coverage for the whole family, tailored exactly to our needs. It's made the process simple, flexible, and stress-free. We feel confident knowing our health benefits fit our situation perfectly, and that peace of mind is invaluable.

Reimbursements

Take Command has been so helpful! In addition to our coverage we are receiving reimbursements for our Med-Wife care that would otherwise be out of pocket costs. This has opened up options of care that would not have been available to me otherwise!
