After the ban, my download speed dropped from 115 Mbps to just 10 Mbps, as if I’m being throttled. I reached out to the support team, but their last response was frankly unacceptable, stating that it was sufficient. No, it's not! I'm paying for a premium package that should offer speeds between 100-115 Mbps. It's been 8 days since then, and I've received no further updates or information on how they plan to resolve or compensate for this issue.
