Avoid at all costs! Like many others, I ordered an advent calendar for my partner, excited for its arrival. I ordered at the end of September to ensure it would arrive on time. Now it's December 4 and still nothing. I'm incredibly disappointed, and while the support team has been quick to respond, their replies have been unhelpful. I'm nearly certain the package was never sent. They won't provide the carrier's name or where it's held, and they refuse to issue a refund. If you paid via PayPal, that's the only way I could request my refund. I'm sharing this because someone else's review saved me $56. Do yourself a favor and don't buy.
