I ordered an advent calendar in September, but the tracking ceased on October 25th. Despite sending multiple emails and being advised to be patient, I was promised a replacement twice, yet I received nothing by December 18th. After nearly daily follow-ups, I finally got my money back. I strongly advise against purchasing from this company; it has been nothing but a source of stress.
This is a complete scam. I ordered advent calendars and never got any real shipping confirmation, just a strange website. After 45 days, there's still no tracking number, no calendar, and the customer service keeps telling me to wait a few more days. It's a total scam!
Regret not checking reviews! Complete scam! I ordered two advent calendars, which were allegedly delivered to a location that is not where international parcels arrive. Luckily, I wisely made my purchase through a payment service, and they have refunded me!
