I placed my order on October 2 and have been extremely disappointed. I've contacted customer service multiple times, but I always get the same generic response without any real updates. My package has been stuck in transit for over a month, and all I hear are excuses about delays. There’s no transparency or timeline, and it feels like the company is not taking responsibility. I expected a much more reliable service. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend ordering from this company.
