Customer service has a quick response to calls and they are nice. However once I came to end my contract I had been given false informations about how the closure and final payments happening. 1 person said this the other that and the manager washed her hands and sticked only to the contract, ignoring that I even requested to check back the recorded calls(as they supposed to be recorded for monitoring purposes) she claimed there is no record of my calls...be cautious of your initial contract time, because once you renew your contract or add on anything they extend the contract length and it starts to caunt fresh again! They don't care that you were with them for years before. You'll have to pay all the remaining balance of the contract does not matter what anyone tells you! I was told to not worry about Elavon either as that contract is ending and closing straight away with this one, so I don't need to contact them separetly. They did not even contacted Elavon about this, so I ended up paying more bills again toward Elavon without refund option, even tough I have not using them a good while ago. Returned the terminal and never recived a word of it since to confirm that they received it.
So the way they work around you is very disappointing especially compare to their expectations towards you.
