Kieran was great, came in after a few days off work and the terminal has an error on it, after running the battery out and recharging, restarting etc the error continued, Kieran ordered me a replacement terminal and has stopped the machine trying to print (this is what was causing the error) so machine is working for a few days while i wait for the new machine
