Bought and account for the first time and when problems start at the beginning that is not a good sign. Do not buy accounts from this company. They are scammers. I bought an account $102 and after I signed agreement on Tradovate it turns out you have to pay additional for Tradingview add-on on Tradovate. I didn't use an account I haven't taken any trades. Contacted customer support to get a refund and I've been told they can only return $27 and some change. They charging some kind of mysterious technology fee that is why they cannot return the whole amount. Do your self a favor and use somebody else like Tradeify.
