So many reasons i keep getting daily to love TPT.
Their support had been slow previously for almost an year now but this morning i got a response in 5 mins and also "PAM" my agent was very helpful in fixing an issue with a discount code error on one of my accounts which led to them charging full amount on my wallet and also having an activation fee
she helped me resolve it and get the excess amount refunded instantly.
Been with them for almost one and a half years now, and i can 100% say they are legit.
Apart from their instant closing of accounts if you by mistake hold a trade after market close, which is a bit harsh. But they make it up with their other rules and daily payouts, which i absolutely love about them
I have recommended so many of my friends to TPT and will keep doing so in the futures

Terrible Customer Service. There was a system wide error with Tradovate which I know was acknowledged by their competitor MFFU. I tried to talk to customer service about it but was Ghosted by Ricardo Reimer in the service department. I don't know much beyond the evaluation stage because my account was screwed up now and I just gave up with it to move to MFFU.
The website is very simple and straightforward, with your customer portal showing exactly what you need during your evaluation test, as well ad (in my case) funded pro accounts.
Customer service AI chat is very simple and when speaking directly to agent, they are very helpful as well.
I have spent thousands of dollars on Take Profit Trader evaluation accounts and months of focused, disciplined effort to reach the funded account stage and accumulate money in my funded account — for all of it to be taken away in the most shocking and unexpected manner.
All of this was wiped out and my funded account permanently closed because I inadvertently had an open trade at 1pm on Presidents’ Day, not realizing it was a short trading day.
Every other time there were prohibited trading hours due to events or holidays, Take Profit Trader sent warning emails. This time, no email was sent. The system did not flag the trade as a violation and allowed the trade to remain open, and I was able to close it for a profit and continue placing trades the following trading day. After that, they reviewed the trades, closed my funded account, and took away both the account and all of my accumulated profits over what was clearly an inadvertent mistake.
I appealed, requesting a reasonable compromise — void the violating profitable trade or at least reset the account to zero. To add insult to injury, I received NO RESPONSE. I have sent several emails, and it has now been SEVEN DAYS with absolutely zero response. No consideration for the fact that I was a long-term customer who had spent a ton of money with them (TPT's evaluations are some of the most expensive in the industry). In contrast, Apex responds within minutes and actually tries to help. The sudden unexpected loss of my account compounded by the complete lack of response has left me very distressed and completely disillusioned with this company.
Trading is extremely challenging as it is —I am part of a large trading community and know that the majority of traders lose money. The few who do make money usually make it by mentoring others on how to trade. The fact that prop firms add layers of technical rules that can trap you and result in liquidation of your account makes achieving consistent profitability feel like an elusive goal. Take Profit Trader could’ve implemented safeguards to block trades during prohibited hours or automatically close positions — like some other firms do — but they don’t.
I’ve already had SIX funded accounts with Take Profit Trader and never received a single dollar in payout — which shows how much money I’ve spent with them and how difficult it is to make any money trading under these conditions.
They are about profit — for themselves. Take away your profit, trader.
Guys im the one who spend years with multiple propfirms, and i can confidently say this propfirm is not coming slow, and best suited to one who is coming from cfds, just surprised i got my payout request approved within 2 hrs

I have been locked out of my take profit trader account for a week and seems like no support can help or willing to help. I’ve tried clear cache, change to incognito, switch computers, chrome and Firefox, changed password. Everything i needed to do yet i cant still log into my account. Every time I go to log in, a pop up message saying MANUAL REVIEW REQUIRED. I’ve worked so hard to finally passing My eval and now I can’t even go in to activate my Pro account! What’s going on TPT?! I thought u guys were great?! So disappointed. Don’t know what else to do. Can anyone help?!
Please stay away from these scam firm, every other firm is more accountable and genuine.
I experienced a serious platform issue while trading through TakeProfitTrader using Tradovate.
On February 4, there was a known incident affecting NinjaTrader Web and Tradovate Web (internal server/login errors). During this time, I was already in an active trade.
The key issue:
I was using the TradingView + Tradovate integration, and I was able to log in and place trades. However, in the middle of the trade, TradingView logged me out of Tradovate, and I immediately lost the ability to manage or close my position.
By the time access was restored (after 10:00 AM), my trade had already been closed out, and I lost my accounts due to circumstances completely outside my control.
I contacted support immediately and explained the situation clearly. However, I received a generic email stating:
the issue was “limited strictly to login access”
“trading activity was not affected”
they reviewed it and claimed I was “not impacted”
This response is not accurate based on what happened in real time, and no meaningful review of trade logs or proper investigation was shared with me.
I purchased 3 Rithmic accounts over a week ago and my account is still showing pending despite reaching out multiple times to support. No one responds and the AI is useless since it just tells me to reach out to support again. I have less than 3 weeks left until my subscription renews despite not being able to trade yet because the accounts have not been activated yet. If this issue is not resolved I will reach out to my credit card company and decline the transaction.
Thursday morning, 1/29/26, data crashed and the only option I had was to talk to a robot. I never received a response after repeated requests. It reminded me that I never received an email, confirming my account was active. The lack of communications and customer service, even email receipts of a payment, should make anyone concerned. I'll never use this prop firm again.
