Very disappointing experience with Talabat. They delivered my order melted and broken, and even after promising a refund, they never credited the amount. Their customer service is the worst — not honest at all. They kept asking for multiple bank statements, even though I provided all the proof, yet no refund was ever issued.This is unacceptable and unprofessional. I will definitely stop using Talabat, as there are many other better and more reliable apps out there.Worst service ever — zero honesty and zero accountability.
