I had a problem with my order on the 17th. The money was deducted, but the order wasn't processed. I've spoken to Talabat customer service several times, and they haven't resolved anything. I just saw that Talabat closed my case without issuing a refund. I need an answer. When will I get my money back?
Customer Care service is pathetic. Better to fire the team and bring in a chatbot to give the same response for any question asked by the customer. I'm a pro subscriber and order a product which I received in a damaged condition as well as the size doesn't match. Every time I talk to the customer care team for an exchnge, I hear only them saying that my feedback has been considered and closing the ticket without my consent. Where on Earth this can be called as providing a resolution? Customer Care team in Qatar region are utterly useless and should undergo a professional training. There is no email for escalating the issue to the line managers. Customer Care team denies to answer the use of Social@talabat(dot)com email, I presume they doesn't even know the use of it.
Do not expect the consumers to use the trash that's being delivered.

and when you ask for refund the force you to add as credit in ur account, or you will receive in 5 to 7 days in your bank.
it's technical mistake from TALBAT but again we are the customers we have to wait.

The service has been unsatisfactory. Almost every grocery order I place has missing items, yet I am consistently billed for products that are not delivered. When I submit support requests, they are marked as “resolved” without any proper resolution. Even after communication with the support team, I am clearly informed they cannot help, while the incorrect charges persist. This is not an isolated incident — it has occurred multiple times. Charging customers for items they did not receive and then refusing to rectify the issue is entirely unacceptable. The company needs to take responsibility and improve both its order accuracy and customer support systems.
Significant improvements are necessary! I received the wrong item and was told I must return it to the store for a refund, despite it being your mistake. Simply apologizing and reading from a script is not sufficient. What if it were something perishable, like melted ice cream? Would I still have to return it? Additionally, the prices displayed for the item do not match what was on the receipt.
The representative insisted my order was in one location while it was clearly stated to be in another. He raised his voice at my mother and refused to deliver, choosing instead to return the order. The manager was also rude. I tried to reorder online multiple times, but each attempt was canceled by them! This has been the worst service I've ever experienced. Just when I wanted to try another platform after this awful situation, it was closed! They completely wasted my time. I strongly advise against using this service!
