less than a star.. they never take responsibility Talabat support staff are prisoners to a rigid process. it is well known that Talabat are responsible of any mistake happens (like a totally wrong order) !! yet they fail to comply to this responsibility, and the sad part is that they take customers light!! sad, but true. If you oray for rain you got to deal with the mud, and Talabat is failing to fulfil customers rights.I have been going back and forth for more than 24 hours now with their complaints team which is a total failure.
