I spoke to four different agents, and none of them were able to resolve the issue. I was only following up on 8 pieces of chicken — from 4 PM until 7 PM, and still no solution!The system is terrible. There’s no direct number to call for issues like this. You end up talking to four different agents who don’t know how to handle the problem. It’s honestly ridiculous that Talabat can’t manage such a small issue properly — especially compared to other delivery services like Deliveroo.Talabat has the worst complaint-handling system I’ve experienced. 49 AED may be a small amount, but when you compare it to the stress and headache this service has caused, it feels like I’ve lost thousands.Talabat — worst service ever!
