Unfortunately, I had a very bad experience with Talabat. I placed two orders in a row, and I received incorrect and missing items, and every time the support team said, "We can't contact the market to compensate you!" This means that if there is a problem with the order, your money is gone, and you are not compensated or resolved. All they do is apologize and that's it! Honestly, this is not the level of a large company like Talabat, nor is it professional customer service.
