I was charged for missing items in my order and when I complained they deeply apologized and said they”ll see what they can do.. nothing was doneThen after 3 days I contact them again my request marked as “resolved” tho they did nothing about it didn’t refund nor send the missing items!! They called me and that person kept repeating the same sentence “sorry we tried to help you but the system not accepting “ and with all the things I said he kept saying it over and over like a robot! It was even more frustrating . stupid policies they literally said that they don’t have refunding or sending whats missing policy in iraq branch?!! Are you admitting that you’re going to charge me for something I didn’t get and I can’t do anything about it!!
