Order ID: 3158792846…The worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with. Untrained representatives who just copy paste response from a template without even reading the issue & trying to understand & help. It was very clear that I received wrong order but no matter how you explain or how many pictures you sent, they keep copy pasting same answer that your order was delivered correctly. Exact same response different agents which makes it even more clear that they don’t read and they don’t care!
