For normal day-to-day food orders, they are just OK, not more not less.Usually, you don’t feel any wow! Its just less than average.When it comes to any issue or mistake done by their workers then its an OGM problem; they never read reviews, they never listen and they don’t have any policy and procedures in place.More than 70 emails and text in-App and more than 30 telephone calls, with zero value!!Simply they do not respect their customers. Ps; in fairness to their higher management; I did receive apology email and full refund.
