Talabat application is handy, however what is completely destroying the experience is customer service and self ratiousness to provide you wrong product that does not fit required purpose,charge you more for it and ignore the requests within customer rights of returning/refunding wrong product. Customer service providing repetitive random responses and "closing" the issue, not addressing actual problem, hoping that the person does not reply within 4 days, so query can be automatically closed.Made this mistake by using them when Careem App was not loading, will never do it again!
