Twice this week they missed out my order for water bottles. All they do on the phone is reel out apologies which mean nothing. No proper customer service training. It’s like they’ve just been trained to keep saying sorry and that’s it. No care. I also got put in ICU after a nut allergy attack from one of their restaurants and stated nut allergy on my order. Didn’t even get a refund and the manager of the restaurant lied and said I went into the restaurant and said I’m okay so they closed the case and that was that. Really no care at all for proper customer service. Sorries are not customer service. They need proper training.
