I am very disappointed with the service provided by your customer support agents. They seem to lack basic problem-solving skills and common sense. Instead of resolving restaurant concerns, they often suggest canceling the order right away, and in some cases, they even proceed with cancellations or refunds without informing the restaurant or conducting any proper investigation.Additionally, it’s extremely frustrating that there’s no way to contact the rider directly through the Talabat app. If an item is missing, the restaurant has no way of coordinating with the rider to fix the issue quickly. Your agents are unable to reach the riders themselves and don’t provide a way for us to do so either.This poor communication wastes time and money for both the restaurant and Talabat. I strongly suggest you train your agents better and consider adding a feature to contact the rider directly in case of delivery issues. It would help reduce unnecessary cancellations, refunds, and customer frustration.
