The representative claimed my order was in one place while it was actually in another. He yelled at my mother and refused to deliver, instead returning the order. The manager was also unkind. I tried to reorder multiple times, but each was manually canceled by them. This has been the worst service I've ever encountered. Just when I wanted to try another platform after this negative experience, it was closed! They completely wasted my time. I would not recommend anyone to use this service!
