I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience with Talabat. I placed an order expecting all items to be delivered correctly, but I received an incomplete order. To make matters worse, when I reached out to customer service, they refused to replace the missing items or issue a refund, simply because I reported the issue after their two-hour window.This policy is unfair to customers who may not have the opportunity to check their order immediately. I was working and couldn’t address the issue earlier, yet Talabat failed to take responsibility for their mistake. This has been an incredibly frustrating experience, and I will definitely think twice before using their service again.I hope they reconsider their approach and prioritize customer satisfaction over rigid policies.
