I have encountered horrible issues. The drivers are unsafe to be called for delivery at night if you are a woman. My complaint was lodged after me and my child went through it. Also annother driver meentioned that since i didnt pick my call he kept the food on the road even though my exact address was mentioned. Also no call centre agent can be contacted. Nor do they contact. They have various issues and uae govt needs to look into bringing more professional company. The MD and CEO of talabat are relaxing since they are minting money. They do not value customer sservice or customer satisfaction. The govt needs to shut down talabat and bring in companies which are customer friendly safe and professionals
