Talabat in Dubai damages the image of high service standards that Dubai tries to maintain and deliver to satisfy customers and tourists.I did not receive my order completely. I asked for a refund for the items I never received but only half of my money was refunded. Customer service is very poor and incompetent. They do not take your inquiries seriously and reply by copying/pasting the same reply over and over again.The delivery men are not well trained. They don't know the routes very well. They always seem to drive away from the final destination making the delivery time longer and the food becoming soggy and cold. It is very frustrating when you have a hungry family with children waiting to eat.The delivery men don't speak proper English which makes it hard to understand what they are saying or for them to understand you.They promise discount but when you proceed for checkout, you find hidden fees. Delivery fees and service fees are high. Who pays service fees in their home country when they order meals??!Overall very bad service and not loyal to customers. They promise you a refund but it's all a scam. I have already deleted my account and removed the app. I will never order from them.
