Wrong item delivered, not possible to upload photos on their app. Emailed CS, bounced back to 'Help Center'. Decided to report missing item instead. They credited 15dhs. But, to get same item delivered I would need to pay 41.53, because 30dhs minimum, two of the items comes to 29.90 so have to add something plus delivery and service charges. Delivery and service charges should be refunded. And it should be refunded back, not credited. Anyway, they can keep the 15 that will cost me 41.53. App deleted.
