I have been a loyal customer of this food delivery service for years, but lately, I’ve noticed a significant decline in service quality. Orders are frequently delayed, and instead of taking responsibility, the company shifts the blame onto riders or restaurants.To make matters worse, their solution is always a 25-dirham voucher. However, the voucher feels pointless when I try to use it—small orders aren't allowed, and I'm forced to increase the amount just to check out. This isn’t the kind of support I expected from a service I’ve trusted for so long.It’s disappointing to see how poorly the platform is now handling customer care, and unless improvements are made, I’ll have to reconsider my options.
