I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by this company. Despite being a service-oriented business, they seem to have completely disregarded the core principles of customer service. I was charged for an order that did not go through, and despite following up for over a month, I have yet to receive a refund.Their customer support has been unhelpful, repeatedly sending generic responses that add no value to resolving the issue. It appears that their primary concern is receiving high ratings rather than genuinely assisting customers—in which case, my rating is zero.Additionally, they have requested that I provide a bank statement to prove that I have not received the refund. This is highly unprofessional. It should be their responsibility to provide evidence that the refund has been processed, not the other way around. Talabat should be the one supplying a statement confirming the transaction rather than asking me to disclose my personal banking details.
