I ordered from a location and order went to some other location and there is no option available on their app to contact them. No chat option or contact no. I was trying to connect with them since 25 mins. When I got the delivery guy contact I informed him the location is wrong so he said cancel the order and I will tell talabat to call u. So after his help the talabat called me and then they say that we cannot cancel now as the order is prepared. I was trying to reach them since 25 mins when the order was not prepared so why it's my mistake and moreover the manager called me and listening to my issue he disconnected my call and never called back. The driver told me that talabat on the other hand told them to deliver the food at wrong location. The driver told the client called me and he is not available there still they forced him to deliver at the wrong location. The most worst service app and people I ever. Useless pathetic people I ever Found. I have already uninstalled this app from. My phone and never to order ever and will see to it no one orders from this useless talabat on my network. Please don't eat our money talabat if u can't provide service properly.
