One of the weakest customer service in the country. I placed a burgerking order at 8:30pm & was supposed to receive it by 9:15pm.At 9:20pm, I chatted with Salman who mentioned that he contacted the restaurant & found out that my order is ready, but the rider is on the way to pick it up, and he will make sure that my order will be delivered within 10 to 15 minutes maximum.After waiting another half an hour, I received a message that my order is canceled. I complained to Bassma who kept apologizing, but never offered any solution. I asked her that I need a refund & a compensation for the long wait. Surprizingly, she mentioned that she can only issue a refund, but no compensation will be there. I told her that after waiting for one hour & a half, and my order is cancelled, nothing will be offered? She sarcasticly mentioned that I can enjoy their discounts.Since that time, I deactivated my pro subscription & uninstalled the application. Now, I'm using Noon & Deliveroo.I don't recommend talabat application at all.
