‼️Scammers Alert talabat ‼️After 3 weeks of waiting and useless conversations with talabat Jo “useless” Cx team I’m choosing to escalate the issue on linkedin hoping that using a professional platform would attract the attention of their professional employees “if any” - Basically what happened is the following:- I placed an order using the app- The order got cancelled (which is normal)- The amount got added to my wallet, or shall I say “fake” wallet?- Tried to use the talabat pay wallet amount but an error kept happeningLong story short, reinstalled the app, tried using the web app, logged out/in again but nothing happened. The error is getting randomized between 3 error messages, on just saying the “account got blocked”, another one “some kind of error occurred”, and finally “try to order after 30 mins or something like that”. Some people faced the same issue with no solution (check trust pilot and google reviews) The weird thing is you have a clear backend bug in your “checkout”!! This is the first time I see an app with checkout issue and their Cx team is just stalling but nothing else! Maybe you need some help debugging the issue? Or maybe the next solution will be “restart your router”? Let’s find out
