I didnt even want to give one star but needed to in order to write review. I been having trouble with using my debt card. After almost a year of using it.They suggested contacting my bank and bank of america which I did many times. The issues is not with them ! Talabat is incompetent and ignorant and doesn't understand English properly. If they are dealing with foreigners that need to understand the language. Im over them. I'm searching for a new online food service. I'm absolutely sick and tired of this ! I'm a disabled senior and need to be treated with respect, kindness and patience. Inshaallah I find a new service soon and Bye-bye to talabat.
