Looks like Talabat is not capable nor willing to to serve its customers. I made an order to be delivered to JAFZA many times, and many times I got my delivery. Today I ordered and the driver called me saying he hasn't got the gate pass. Driver's gate pass is not for me to sort out. Why did the order go through in the first place? Is it that hard to set the application so that restaurants that cannot access JAFZA simply decline the order. On the top of that, I told driver to meet me at gate 9 when he called me (wasting my time picking up an order although I paid for delivery). The driver calls me after sometime to tell me he is at gate 12 and I should come there (I haven't the time to accommodate him, he is the one delivering, not me). So driver makes a decision where he will deliver? What a circus, unprofessional and lazy service.
