Very very poor customer service. They are not following up with the orders. They are not giving a direct number for customer service to complain directly. Yesterday I ordered at 11:15 pm a limo pizza they deducted the money and they sent the estimate delivery time at 11:50 to 12:12. But they didnt provide the rider number, they closed the live chat and no chance to contact them. I was waiting with my invitees for 1 hr and then i received a message ur order has been cancelled without any prior notice. No care for the customer. So disappointed especially this is not the first time. It happened before 2 times with m… and p…and when they call to calm me down after a big complaint they say that it will not happen again but it is happening more seriously. They have to take care of their customer and take the complaint seriously. I dont encourage anyone to order from them althought i have a rich history of transactions. Very poor customer service
