I ordered.shawarma ana manouche from talabat beside the food was dirty with foreign object which was hair and not head hair that was disgusting!! I called talabat for my money the agent asks me to put help and choose problem with delivery man and feel thretened from the delivery man which was not the problem the poor man was really polite and i had no problem with him i told him no i will choose quality issue because the problem was with the restaurant they deal with, he said so you can have access on chat at the end i chose quality issue and had access in the chat so normal this agent wanted to cause a problem for the delivery man just the save the reputation of the restaurant this is awful!!! Pluuuus talabat did not give my money on my account they gave me voucher on the application omagine this!!!! This is a very bad service !! You protect a restaurant which is very bad with dirty food!
