Used Talabat in Amman, Jordan this evening and was, to be frank, scammed.My ordered placed with Shawerma Alkaram Alarabi and arrived both very late and practically cold. But most irritating of all, it was incomplete.Very promptly, I reported this to Talabat with a photograph accompanying my comments. And equally as quickly, they replied telling me that the order was complete.It was clear to see from comparing the menu item to the image that this order was far from complete.After much to-ing and fro-ing (to be fair, they are replying), they acknowledge that the order was incomplete but tell me that they will do nothing about, other than to "repeat" their apologies and to re-categorise my message as "fraud".It is clear from my experience and from the reviews of many others that foreigners are being taken advantage of by Talabat - and evidently being offered an inferior service.Steer clear of this scam operation.
