Viva grocery through Talabat was ordered vide order number 1337073811. Viva invoice complete order but supplied three items less. No information was supplied by either Viva or Talabat. Invoice was raised of complete goods supplied. When chat with Talabat a refund if Aed 9.67 was issued and told Viva has no products. I conveyed that total refund was Aed16.72, then lady said oh she will check, but till now no response. This small amount but fraud has been committed by both parties. This is how Takabat care for customers. Very poor show
