I made an order on Talabat on the 14th October and on the 19th October I noticed the expiry date of an item was 12th July 2023 (it had been expired for three 3 months!) I contacted Talabat and send them pictures of the expired products and management said they could not do anything because I didn’t complain earlier (the products had been expired for 3 months!!!). I have now raised a consumer rights claim at the DED, submitted the photos and waiting for a response.Worst customer care service ever!
