I ordered medicine for my cough , this listed price was 25dhs + 0.90 fees + 7dhs delivery, total of 33dhs, between my order and the driver reaching the pharmacy they pharmacy changed the price to 33dhs +0.90+7 so when the driver delivered my medicine I had to pay 40dhs instead of the 33, after 10 complaints to the customer service section ,I give up they are a disgraceful scammy company,how is it possible for fees to be added to my total without any explanation, i demanded a refund several times and was met with a copy and pasted message with apologies and empty promises,I have deleted this vile disgusting app and downloaded other ones , the issue isn’t even the money I couldn’t care less about 7dhs but the principal is everything ,I would’ve been a customer for life if they even refunded like 2dhs from it ,or even gave a 10% discount for next order ,but no ,never again
