Absolutely apoorling customer service!I have ordered some groceries via Talabat app. Not only did they deliver wrong item, but it was also damaged.I have sent an email to customer service with photo evidence and logged a complaint on the app as well.Talabat kept closing my case by sending random automated emails. Then they had the audacity to send me a response saying too much time had passed for me to complain.Save yourself a time and hassle and stay away from this useless company.
