First of all I received somebody else's Starbucks order via Talabat. I called Starbucks Irise tower, to inform them about this mistake. Guy on the other side mentioned that he couldn't see the Talabat order number 174, I mentioned to him that this mistake could have been due to the wrong tower and they need to correct it. He mentioned to me that Starbucks will sort this issue directly with Talabat and I CAN KEEP THE ORDER!!! I asked him twice if he is sure.. he said yes, this mistake is from Talabat, and they will sort it out. I even asked him to give me the person who ordered, his details, I can give him a call, he said he can't find this order, but he will sort it out.. After almost 2 hours, Talabat's delivery guy comes to my house and asks me for the Coffee to give him back, I told him the whole story and he is like why did you not call Talabat (As if Talabat has a call center number!! there is practically no way to call this company).. How am I supposed to call Talabat when there is no order placed from my side, Instead of accepting his mistake, this delivery guy is rude enough to tell me that it's my mistake to inform Starbucks and not Talabat.. Later the main guy who had ordered the Coffee it seems comes to our house.. Guess he was given our address by starbucks or Talabat, saying why did we "refuse" to give his order to Talabat.. I spoke to Starbucks again, and they are mentioning this is a common problem with Talabat's delivery.. How the hell are they managing this delivery services. Their customer service team is rude no doubt on that, but their delivery guys are also not decent enough to talk to a customer properly. First of all it's their mistake, secondly how can they share our address with another person, that he is coming to our house to fight with us. This is punishable act of sharing details. Pathetic problem solving!
