Shamelessly talabat company asking to wait since many days. 14 April to till now 19 April no refund has taken place. They says rider manager will call to refund the money but no one calls. Everyday u raised the chat request but no one really helpful. Never order from talabat. They will take your money and say sorry the item is not available a d we will refund but so far it take place My complaint number is 261065065. I spoke to Michel who suppose to send the refund in 24hours but your company so far failed to address the issue. You people charged me for the item which is unavailable by talabat mart. I have the screenshot for apologising for the failure of your company to remove the item from talabat mart and yet charged the customer. I have been waiting for my cash refund as promised but no resolution
