Review: I am planning to stop using this company. I ordered something recently and was charged for it and it did not arrive. I sent screenshots and even sent the order advertisement. The company refused to refund me back for the order even though I never received all my items. I have reached out to them several times. At best you will get an apology but that's it. If I could give Talabat 0 stars I would, but best believe I will never use their services again. They are dishonest. I sent screenshots as well. I wish I could add pics here as well. My meal cost me 260 aed and they sent no salmon. I was supposed to get 5 pieces. I have a large family. They first said that no salmon comes with the meal so I screenshot the advertisement menu. When that did not work they said we will credit you 10 aed. I said I Paid 260 aed for salmon and shrimp. You gave me no salmon and you want to refund 10 aed? This is stealing from customers. I will stick with deliveroo next time.
