An immediate ticket was raised via the Talabat App informing them that the item was spilled. Received no response until 36 hours later where by an automated email was sent. After continuous follow-up for the next 24 hours, i was informed by the service rep - Sobia Nadeem as talabat T&Cs no refund can be processed. This despite submitting pictures of the spillage and reporting the instance within minutes of receiving the order. Be careful whilst transacting with Talabat for larger purchase order.
