If there was something less than 1 star I would have given that; this is 1 star too many for TalabatFor starters, they provide such poor service they fail to reach the same address twice. They quite often deliver to a wrong address and then claim I was not at the address!They deliver more wrong orders than I care to remember and they lack even the basics of customer service. No wonder they abolished their call center.And finally, you raise a claim and they just close it without ever bothering to call you or even ask about the incident. Bunch of incompetent, impolite, unprofessional thieves if you ask me (on account of their fee structure that they just give creative names to thinking the customer doesn't understand what they're up to).If I never have to deal with Talabat again it will be too soon.
