I'm not sure what is happening with Talabat, the quality of service has gone downhill drastically and i am about to delete the app from my phone and encourage people to do so as well. Yesterday on 2 different orders i received missing items (which were add-ons!!, that means adding extra payment on the order). And i have sent messages, asked for feedback and no one has even acknowledged reception of my messages or even feedback of this situation. As a loyal customer it saddens me that the company has decided to ignore customers, specially with something such as food - as we know this really affects the mood! Bad, bad bad very disappointing!!!!!!!!!
