Worst Customer service ever lately.

Worst Customer service ever lately.The riders won’t deliver the order and mark it as delivered and when reached out to customer service they say they are unable to reach the rider. The second time rider is assigned, making customer for a whole hour for the order the rider goes unreachable again. The best solution they can provide is a refund but after waiting for an hour for the order its just not worth it. Also on a different day but recently I received a call from talabat saying the rider had a accident and can’t deliver. This was told to me after waiting for 30 minutes just about when the order should have arrived, I thought it might really be an accident so no one’s failt there but interestingly just one day earlier when I contacted because my order was not delivered, the customer service couldn’t contact the rider and offered me a refund. I now have 3 refunds in just 3 days. All waiting to be reflected in my bank account that i cannot use to place any more order and most importantly the time i wait hungry for the food to arrive and alawys at the end it never arrives. Once a technical issue is understandable but so many so often doesn’t make sense. Plus why not inform me earlier rather then making one wait till they reach out for customer service.
