The first chat seemed very friendly. The next ones made it evident that the agents were using canned responses. The same agent responded to me and didn't even notice it was me.I had an issue with an order that wasn't sent to me on time. (I eventually received it cold and 3 hours later)Talabat's system marked the order as delivered after the estimated delivery time had passed. That's a very wrong programming. Needs to be fixed asap. If the delivery isn't confirmed, the order should not be marked as delivered EVER!The agents were proactive to call the restaurant and check with them.After the third chat and in frustration when I told the agent, I prefer if they don't send the order anymore and I'll order something else using a different app, they suggested I use a voucher they gave me to order something else 🙄As a customer support agent in a tech company, I'm sad to have such an experience. Both the software and the support agents need improvement.P.S. The chat app is hard to use. I experienced issues with typing.
