The system and policy for talabat is for the company and against the customer. They actually try to keep you by reimbursement through in app credit rather than return money. Now to delete the app i first need to experience "a better service" by using my credit due to bad outcome. I have faced too many problems with this app and its obvious there is a lack of customer friendly environment in this service, not to mention the audacity of correcting mistake by request more payment and reimburse through credit once more!!Even drivers are misinformed and/or unprofessional in communication.Talabat Owners should look into the management and consider experienced quality administration and service. Perhaps also re-think what was their purpose in the first place. Its also a wonder most restaurant in app are opting for their own delivery drivers.Completely frustrating
