I ordered in advance my food so it is ready during my lunch break. i received the 2st call from Talabat customer Service asking about the time and i conformed and the person on the other end of line acknowledged and confirmed my timing request. 5 minutes later i receive a call from a very rude and unhelpful customer service saying either you change the time of delivery or we have to cancel the order. you can contact us via email if you have any complaint. this is utterly not acceptable. it doesn't matter what the aggregator still need to respect the client and not tell them off in such way.
